    Returns and Exchanges

    Return Policy

    You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and labels intact.

    How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please email us at JohnBone1970@yahoo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item with its original packaging and ship it to:

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return for store credit or exchange. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item for the return process. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on UPS and USPS rates. Upon adding items to your shopping cart, enter your postal code to view shipping costs specific to your location.

    Signature Requirement for Orders Over $500

    Orders exceeding $500 require a signature upon delivery to ensure receipt of your package.

    Express and Ground Shipping Delays

    Please note that once your package leaves our facility, we have limited control over transit delays. We adhere to our shipping agreements with specified carriers. Unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions may impact delivery schedules.

    Hambone Custom Cues is not liable for shipping refunds or credits due to delays caused by weather or other unforeseen events deemed beyond our control by the shipping company.

    Orders via United States Postal Service (USPS)

    To guarantee same-day shipping via USPS (business days, Monday-Friday), in-stock orders must be placed by 12:00 noon. Please note that Hambone Custom Cues does not process orders on weekends or holidays.

    Order Shipping Time

    Shipping time varies by shipping option selected during checkout. UPS Ground and Express shipments are delivered on business days (Monday-Friday) only.

    Damaged Goods

    If your package arrives damaged, please note the damage and contact us immediately. If possible, have the damage noted by the carrier upon delivery to expedite shipping claims. Retain the shipping carton and packaging materials as the carrier may require inspection before processing a claim.

    If you discover damage after delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify both the carrier and Hambone Custom Cues immediately. We ship all single cues and shafts in heavy-duty tubes to minimize shipping issues, however, Hambone Custom Cues is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

    For USPS shipments, filing periods for claims vary based on the shipping option selected:

    • USPS First Class Mail: Approximately 45 days
    • USPS Priority Mail: 15 days
